Dr John Paul, choirmaster at St Patrick's/Long Beach, announces a new series of concerts to take place at the church on Sunday afternoons every other month.
On February 12th a program of songs by Claude Debussy will be performed by eminent soprano, Sibyl Child and John Paul, pianist.
Programs offered will be performed by professional musicians and will last thirty minutes starting at 4.30 pm in the church. Each concert will be preceded by wine and hors d'oeuvres at 4:00 pm.
This is a free of charge offering to the entire coast community. Any funds given by the public will be used for the mission of St Patrick's.
The series began in Oct with a concert of music for two harpsichords performed by Shawn Leopard and John Paul continuing in December with and ensemble of professional singers performing Medieval music of Advent and Christmas.
